Community conversations and a faster mobile experience

Comments on posts now save permanently and reopen with the post, with threaded replies to any comment, @mention suggestions that offer the post author and the people who commented, and hashtags inside comments that search the community feed with one tap. The homepage was rebuilt for phones with fluid type and touch-sized targets, and the community feed moved from /whats-new/ to /community/ with the old address still working.
